I've never been a girl after the city lifestyle.
My desire of this life is to simply share a daily laugh and survive solely based on the necessities that have been provided.
A glass of water a day, and if I'm lucky, perhaps a meal would easily satisfy me.
Shelter is always preferred in times of a snowstorm, but even then, I'd easily be capable to sleep under the stars bundled in layers of thrift store clothing or the sensual heat of a loved one.
I never thought I'd love the city, but I've never stayed in one long enough to have a real experience of what 'city life' is all about.
So here, I moved to Paris.
In this city of a language I never studied,
with not a single connection to anyone I knew.
What do I do when I'm not teaching French children English?
When I'm not in class studying French?
When I'm not going for a run to explore?
When I'm not writing letters to far away friends and family?
...Well, I simply take a stroll through little side neighborhoods and meet my new dearest friend Joanne for caffeine and pastries.
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
